The following instructions guide you through updating client data fields in both profile and health information sections via Care OS. This newly enhanced feature allows for seamless editing through a single interface, making the process more efficient and user-friendly.
Step 1
A new edit button is now available at the top right corner of your client data view.
Step 2
Clicking this button will lead you to an information editor view. This functions like an open form where each field is editable in a single window. At the top, there is a "jump to category" section, allowing for quick navigation to specific sections.
If you attempt to exit without saving, you will receive a prompt allowing you to either exit or cancel. Once saved, all modifications made to the client profile are securely saved. The edited information remains organised, showing the date, time, and user who made the changes for each field. This feature allows for continuous editing of individual fields at any time.
