We've added a new test call capability to our Telehealth site that allows all users to test their camera/microphone setup and internet connection. This page is available at https://au.tele.tacklit.com/video-test, and users will be guided through the tests and in the end, a report can be generated should any troubleshooting be required. This allows any call participant to test and configure their set up to ensure they are ready for a high quality video call.
