Who owns my data?

You are the Data Controller. We act, with your permission, as your Data Processor. You can withdraw your permission and you retain access to everything collected.

Can I move data from my old system?

Of course. Our implementation team are very experienced at securely extracting, mapping and bringing your historic records into Tacklit.

Can I push data to other systems?

Yes. Tacklit has a set of APIs that can move data to other systems that need access. We also create data feeds based on your needs in CSV, XML or JSON formats.

Can I migrate my forms or templates?

Yes. Tacklit makes it easy to recreate your existing documents directly on our platform. So the information you collect can be stored securely in the right place.

How does a Clinical subscription work?

We have a Licence based subscription or a Cost per Consult based subscription. You can see more detail on our pricing page.
